Holly & Heather’s Helpful Hint: Eat Farm Fresh Veggies
If you’ve never eaten fresh vegetables from a farm, you’ve never really tasted vegetables! In Holly’s farm share this week came the most delicious broccoli she ever tasted. It’s pictured above in a simple recipe with garlic and olive oil roasted in a stone baker for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. This week blueberries also came that were so good they tasted like candy. Take a trip to a local farmers market if you can… it’ll be worth it!
